Founder & Managing Partner

Michael Delales II

Odyssey Media Group was founded by Michael Delales II, a media executive with more than two decades of experience leading media companies.

Michael began his career in television advertising sales, working directly with local businesses before expanding into regional and national media leadership roles.

Michael played a key role at Tribune Media, where he helped build the company's first fully integrated national sales organization. By bringing together television, digital, and emerging media assets under a unified strategy, he created a more effective way for advertisers to reach audiences across multiple platforms.

Michael later joined Comcast as Vice President, where he led multiple markets and oversaw teams responsible for helping advertisers navigate one of the most significant transformations in media history: the shift from traditional television to digital and streaming video.

After years of working alongside agencies and brands, Michael recognized a growing challenge. The streaming marketplace was confusing for agencies and brands to navigate effectively. He founded Odyssey Media Group to simplify that complexity.

Michael's philosophy is simple: advertising is about capturing consumer attention. Odyssey redefines this approach.

Stephen Flaim

Stephen Flaim is the Managing Partner of Odyssey Media Group, bringing a rare combination of entrepreneurial leadership and deep institutional expertise to the media and marketing landscape. Based in Greater Boston, he has spent more than two decades at the forefront of media sales, digital technology, and strategic growth — most notably during nearly 19 years at Comcast, where he rose to Regional Vice President for New England.

Over the course of his career, Stephen has held senior leadership roles at some of the most influential names in media, including NESN, Tribune, Viacom, and Paramount. He is recognized as a builder — of teams, of client relationships, and of organizations positioned to compete in an ever-evolving digital environment. His work consistently sits at the intersection of executive leadership, marketing innovation, and revenue growth.

Today, through Odyssey Media Group, Stephen channels that experience into helping businesses navigate the complexity of modern media with clarity and purpose. He is known for his ability to see around corners, develop talent, and drive results that matter.
